CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments adjusted within this window are eligible for a deposit refund or transfer to a future booking. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full service amount, as this time has been exclusively set aside for you. No-shows are also subject to the full service amount. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, allowing us to continue delivering a high-touch, concierge experience.
